Luxembourg/Madrid 30 September 2021 – Armacell, a global leader in flexible foam for the equipment insulation market and a leading provider of engineered foams, obtains the GDO-BIM Quality Certificate.
This quality standard, developed by the company Bimetica, is the most widely used internationally, with great acceptance by manufacturers and professionals seeking a harmonized data structuring system.
The GDO-BIM certificate obtained by Armacell guarantees that the BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools have been developed with a BIM compatible software, version and language chosen, and that they respect Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright), contain the optimal graphic data (usable in environments from LOD 100 to 500), comply with the Structure (parameters) and Data Traceability that is required in a BIM project (usable in Phases 1 to 8) according to the BIM Object Development Standard (GDO-BIM).
