Saxun, Giménez Ganga’s sun protection solutions brand, has taken its Wind Screen ZIP systems one step further with a model that is integrated into the joinery.
Wind Screen Compact expands the range of its Wind Screen external solar control systems, incorporating the possibility of integration into the aluminium or PVC frame inside the building.
The result is a compact system that improves energy efficiency, enhances thermal and visual comfort, increases wind resistance and maintains the aesthetic harmony of the façade.
A functional and highly resistant solution
Its extruded PVC drawer, accessible from the inside, together with the ZIP fabric guide and customisable finishes, make it a highly effective solution.
The system consists of an extruded PVC drawer with a double partition and dimensions of 155 x 196 mm, which incorporates thermal insulation and an accessible cover from the inside.
Like the rest of Saxun’s Wind Screen systems, this solution is guided by a ZIP system that runs along two aluminium side guides, with adjustable opening along the entire length.
The assembly is completed with an extruded aluminium terminal, equipped with a counterweight, which prevents and conceals the welding, ensuring a clean and uniform finish.
Easy and simple
The system’s box is installed hidden behind the outer panel of the façade, leaving only the side guides visible.
Its design allows easy access from inside the home for simpler maintenance.
